3. Will my entries get deleted on upgrade or downgrade?

Nope! Your entries remain intact when upgrading from a free Penzu account to Pro or downgrading back to a Pro account later on if you decide Penzu Pro isn’t for you. Nothing is lost.

4. I have a promo code where do I put it?

If you select a credit card payment method (after selecting a subscription length), you will see a link down near the bottom to enter a promo code.

5. My card was rejected! What do I do?
